HDPE silicon core pipe is new composite pipe with silicone high solid lubricant inner wall, it also called silicon pipe for short. Using high density polyethylene as main raw material, and solid silica lubricants with the lowest friction coefficient as core layer, it is extruding simultaneously by three plasic extruding machines. It is widely used in optical and electric cable communication network system.

Silicon Core Pipe Performance Feature

With solid lasting lubricants as silicon core layer inner wall, the friction property remains the same level, the cable can insert to or remove of the pipe again and again;

The silicon core layer of the inner wall is extruded to high density polyethylene pipe wall simultaneously, and evenly distributed to the entire inner wall of the pipe, the silicon core layer of the inner wall has the same physical and mechanical properties like high density polyethylene, do not peel off, no detachment, same life performance as silicon pipe;

The silicon core layer of the inner wall does not react with water, it can be washed with water after the accident;

Silicon core pipe has little curvature radius ( ten times as outside diameter ). When meets curved and cliffed place, it can follow terrain without any treatment, neither examine well transition.

Each root (disc) silicon core pipe can be cutted to any desired length. Generally, considering transportation safety and construction convenience, standard length for each root (disc) silicon core pipe is 2000 meters ;
